Kim Victoria Cattrall born 21 August 1956, is a British Canadian actress from Canada. Best known for the part in the role of Samantha Jones in the HBO Sex and the City series for which she received nominations for five Emmy Awards as well as four Golden Globe Award, winning the Golden Globe 2002 for the most outstanding supporting actress. Samantha Jones reprised her role in the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). Her other notable roles include her role as the lead in 1980s movies Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin and Porky's. Kim Cattrall is most often associated with her popular HBO sitcom Sex & the City, where she portrayed Samantha Jones. Cattrall is making a name for her acting career as an actor. Her role as Samantha Jones was one of the most recognizable roles she played. She became a national star and was recognized internationally through the comedy. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Most well-known is her performance in the drama comedy film La Dolce Vita. The film won an Oscar and it was awarded the Golden Palm in Cannes Film Festival of 1960. It was also both critically and commercially highly acclaimed. The actress was born in Skane, Sweden and did modeling before she began her acting career. In the end, she won an award at the Miss Sweden Contest. She then moved to America and started playing in many movies. She played the role of Venusian Guard on Abbott and Costello Go to Mars which was her debut credit role. Her first credit role was in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars where she was a guard from Venus.
